To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 48 hours prior to scheduled meeting time so we can give your spot to another customer. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will not be refunded. Refunds for packages will not be granted if, packages expire and credits are not used. Refunds will not be granted after 48 hours following 1st meeting of the package.
